The food is local and taste amazing. Local meat, the Parmigiana with mozzarella stracciatella and pesto from pistachio is something unbelievable!! You have to taste it! They do gluten-free as well and dairy free if you wish. Very good selection of wine! Service is very respectful and friendly.

Excellent experience in this bistro a few steps from the central Piazza Catuma. I prefer the outdoor tables in the street at the entrance to the restaurant: welcoming and informal. We ate very well, a really interesting selection of starters (always ask if there are any off the menu, they are often really interesting!). The meats are also noteworthy. Not least the selection of wines, let yourself be advised by the staff and they will be able to show you the right choice.

A place for true connoisseurs in the historic center of Andria where you can enjoy meat specialities, platters of fine cured meats and carpaccio as well as first courses prepared in a very original way. You can taste highly sought-after quality wines and furthermore "tasting" evenings are usually organized by wineries who present their wines accompanied by local dishes. All in an intimate and intimate atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

A place in the center of Andria, now hidden by scaffolding, we found it thanks to the directions of the hotel staff where we stayed. We ordered rice, potatoes and mussels, delicious but above all original, crostini with burrata and truffle or anchovies, both excellent. The sausage section, the podolica tartare and the calamari tagliatelle on a bed of panzanella, all washed down with an excellent rosé wine. Raspberry semifreddo dessert. Friendly and courteous staff. Recommended to learn about traditional Apulian cuisine.

I have been to Michele several times and the impression is always the same: this place is a guarantee. The staff is, as usual, kind and accurate in explaining the dishes. The quality of the food is excellent (I highly recommend the beef fillet with aubergine cream and white truffle), as is the wine selection. If you are looking for tranquility and good food this is the right place!!!
